Strengthening the Desa Cantik Team and Socialization of the Smart Village Information System

Bandar Lampung, Friday 13 October 2023 - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province held an evaluation and strengthening meeting for the Beautiful Village Development Team for Regencies/Cities throughout Lampung.

This evaluation meeting was chaired directly by the Head of BPS Lampung Province, Atas Parlindungan Lubis, who was also present by representatives from the Smart Village program IT team.

At this meeting, they were given the opportunity to share their experiences and results of work carried out in their respective villages. The aim is to provide feedback and assessment to make improvements and develop the beautiful village program that has been implemented.

The evaluation and consolidation meeting for the Beautiful Village Development Team as well as the socialization of the use of the Smart Village information system is seen as a concrete step in an effort to improve the quality of life of village communities and accelerate village development in Lampung Province.

In 2023, 30 villages in Lampung Province will become the locus for the Beautiful Village development program. All parties present hope that this program can run well and provide real benefits for village communities throughout Lampung.
