"Change Champion" Election at BPS Lampung Province, Determining the Best Change Leader

BPS-Statistics Lampung Province held a "Change Champion" election event involving six potential candidates for election on Thursday (4/1). 

The six candidates are: Eko Teguh Widodo, SST, M.Sc, Gun Gun Nugraha, S.Si, M.S.E, John Knedi S.Si, MM, K. Nurika Damayanti, SST, M.Stat, Luxmaning Hutaki Widiastari, S.Psi, M.Psi.T, and Rina Ekasari, SST, MM.

The election, which was attended by all employees, was held in the Hall of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province with the aim of finding leaders who will bring significant changes to the development of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province in the next one year period. 

In starting the event, the Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province, Atas Parlindungan Lubis, gave a speech as a symbol of the official opening of the event, which was then continued with the presentation of programs and ideas from each of the six candidates in front of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province employees.

The atmosphere in the Hall was filled with enthusiasm. The employees of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province seemed excited and ready to support the Change Champion election. Their presence is evidence of their strong determination to develop the organization and achieve higher achievements in the future.

After the end of the presentation of each candidate, the employees of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province entered the election process by voting on the link provided by the committee by selecting the 3 best candidates.

The three selected change champion candidates are: K. Nurika Damayanti, SST., M.Stat., as the winner of the highest number of votes in the first position, followed by Luxmaning Hutaki Widiastari, S.Psi., M.Psi.T., with the most votes in the 2nd position, and Gun Gun Nugraha, S.Si, M.S.E., with the highest number of votes in the 3rd position.

Furthermore, the Bureaucratic Reform Team (Change Management) together with the HR Bureau Team will conduct an assessment process of the candidates for Change Champion and Change Champion.

Hopefully, the Change Champion selection will produce leaders who are not only competent, but also have an inspiring leadership spirit and are able to face the challenges of change wisely.
