Launch of Bank Indonesia's 2023 Indonesian Economic Report

Bandar Lampung, 31 January 2024 - Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province, Atas Parlindungan Lubis, attended the launch of the 2023 Indonesian Economic Report which was held virtually by Bank Indonesia. The event was held at the Auditorium lt. 4 Bank Indonesia Lampung Representative Office Building. The Governor of Lampung, Arinal Djunaidi, was accompanied by the Head of Representative of Bank Indonesia for Lampung Province, Junanto Herdiawan, who hosted the launch, as well as a number of Vertical Agency Officials and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Lampung Province.

 

In his speech, the Governor of Lampung gave a special message to the Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province. "I really hope that the Head of BPS-Statistics, the data you release will include recommendations and suggestions. This is very important in realizing food security and economic resilience," said the Governor firmly.

 

This event raised the theme "Synergy to Strengthen National Resilience and Awakening," which is a comprehensive summary of economic achievements in 2023, economic projections, and Bank Indonesia's future policy direction. It is hoped that this theme can become a strategic guide for economic development, especially in Lampung Province.

 

The presence of the Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province at the virtual launch of the 2023 Indonesian Economic Report reflects BPS-Statistics' commitment to providing data and information that can assist decision making at the regional level. All parties present hoped that the synergy between vertical agencies and regional governments would further strengthen the resilience and revival of the national economy in the future.
