In 2023, in Lampung Province, the percentage of women aged 15-49 who had been hospitalized at least once within the past year was 4.16%. In 2021, this percentage was recorded at 5.25%. There was a decrease to 4.84% in 2022, which continued to 4.16% in 2023.

This decline can be interpreted as an indication of improvements in health aspects or access to preventive healthcare services in Lampung Province, thereby reducing the need for hospitalization. Additionally, other factors such as increased awareness of the importance of maintaining health and easier access to primary healthcare services may also contribute to this declining trend.
