Distribution of Micro Businesses in Lampung Province in 2023

Did you know that in 2023, micro businesses dominate the MSME sector in Lampung Province with a contribution of 99.5% (490,521), followed by small businesses (2,202) and medium businesses (263). This shows that the majority of business actors in the sector are still on a micro scale.

Micro businesses are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria of Micro Businesses, such as business capital <1M and sales results <2M Rupiah, based on PP Number 7 of 2021. From the distribution of existing data, more than 10% of micro businesses are located in Central Lampung and Way Kanan Regencies.
