Premium and Medium Quality Rice Prices Increase, July 2024

The average price of premium quality rice at the mill in July 2024 was IDR13,361.11 per kg or an increase of 3.74 percent compared to the previous month. An increase of 2.88 percent occurred for medium quality rice with an average value of IDR11,800.00 per kg. The highest price of rice at the milling level reached IDR14,250.00 per kg for Premium quality. Meanwhile, the lowest price of rice traded in July reached IDR11,000.00 per kg for Medium quality rice.
