Lampung Province's Economy in 2024 Grew 4.57 percent

Abstract

The economy of Lampung Province in 2024, as measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, reached Rp483,882.92 billion and at constant 2010 prices reached Rp281,557.20 billion.
The economy of Lampung Province in 2024 grew by 4.57 percent, strengthening compared to the 4.55 percent growth recorded in 2023. From the production side, the highest growth occurred in the Other Services Activities which grew by 10.63 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth occurred in the Export of Goods and Services component which grew by 12.15 percent.
The economy of Lampung Province in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023 (y-on-y) grew by 5.32 percent. From the production side, the sector with the highest growth was Manufacturing sector which grew by 14.16 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the Export of Goods and Services component experienced the highest growth of 12.31 percent.
The economy of Lampung Province in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2024 (q-to-q) contracted by 3.52 percent. From the production side, the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing sector experienced deepest contraction of 14.80 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, a contraction occurred in the Export of Goods and Services component which decreased by 3.58 percent.
