Welfare Indicator of Lampung Province

The publication of Lampung Province People's Welfare Indicators 2000 is an annual publication of the Lampung Province Central Statistics Agency. The data sources used are primary data from censuses and surveys conducted by BPS Lampung Province such as the results of the Population Census, SUSENAS and SAKERNAS as well as secondary data from other agencies. It is realized that social welfare actually covers very broad areas of life, not all of which can be measured quantitatively or qualitatively. This publication only presents data that can be verified and the data is available. To make it easier for consumers and to reveal changes in the level of people's welfare, the presentation is divided according to various fields which serve as references in an effort to describe the quality of life of the people. These areas are population, health, nutrition, education, employment, poverty, income distribution and consumer expenditure, housing and social culture.
