Analysis of the Household Profile of Rice, Corn, Soybean and Sugarcane Farming Businesses in Lampung Province 2009

From the 2009 Farming Business Data Collection (PUT09) a complete, accurate and up-to-date database of Farming Business Households for Rice, Corn, Soybeans and Sugarcane (RTUT PJKT) has been obtained. This data is very useful as a basis for formulating various policies in the agricultural sector so that the implementation of agricultural development programs is expected to be more targeted. To get a more comprehensive picture of the profile of the Rice, Corn, Soybean and Sugarcane Farming Business, a PJKT RTUT Profile Analysis was carried out. The main data used in this analysis is PUT09 data and other quantitative data. To gain a deeper understanding of several problems faced by farmers, such as the problem of using fertilizer and adopting superior seeds, quantitative data obtained from Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and In-depth Interviews were also used as complementary data.
