Safety Statistics of Lampung Province 2018

Lampung Province Security Statistics publication 2018 is a publication that is published to meet the needs of the general public of data users. This publication also presents statistics in the field of security in series. Accordingly, the publication of this publication will be very useful to monitor the implementation, development and achievement of development programs, especially in the field of security and public order (kamtibmas) every year.

The data presented in this publication are data series from three sources, namely the Lampung Regional Police registration report, the district / city Police Department registration report, the 2016-2018 National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas), and 2018 Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) Police and Police registration data illustrates the security situation based on the recording of criminal incidents reported by the public or events where the perpetrators were caught red-handed by the police. Susenas data illustrates the experience of being a victim of crime based on information from households / individual victims of crime. The Podes data illustrates the security situation in the village / kelurahan area which is sourced from the information of the village / lurah head. Because of the different approaches to data collection, the three types of data cannot be directly compared but can be complementary.
