HR development is an important part of the business process for the organization. There are many media that can be used to develop organizational human resources, one of which is developing an interest in writing. Writing can stimulate a person's creativity and critical power which in turn will become an organizational asset.
I observed many good talents in writing within the BPS Lampung Province. Therefore, BPS Lampung Province must facilitate and support this "hobby", especially in the midst of the current functional era. Writing is a medium to get closer between BPS and the community. It is hoped that through writing, people will be more welcome and more familiar with the data.
