Lampung Province Security Statistics 2022

The 2022 Lampung Province Security Statistics Publication is a publication published to meet the needs of the data user community. This publication presents statistical data in the field of security periodically. In line with that, the publication of this publication will be very useful for monitoring the implementation, development and achievements of development programs, especially in the field of security and public order (kamtibmas) every year. The data presented in this publication is periodic data originating from four sources, namely the Lampung Regional Police registration report, district/city Resort Police registration report, National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) 2020 - 2022, and Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) and Updating Podes. Polda and Polres registration data describes the security situation based on recording crime incidents reported by the public or incidents where the perpetrator was caught red-handed by the police. Susenas data describes the experience of being a crime victim based on information from household/individual crime victims.
Podes data describes the security situation in the village/sub-district area sourced from information from the village/sub-district head. Due to the different approaches to data collection, the three types of data cannot be directly compared but can complement each other.
