Abstract

The SKD2024 implementation results report provides an overview of the level of service user satisfaction with services at the BPS Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST). The indicators presented in the 2024 Quarter II report include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
