Paddy Harvested Area and Production in Lampung Province 2025

The Integrated Food Crop Agricultural Statistics Data Collection using the Area Sampling Frame (KSA) method is a collaborative initiative involving Statistics Indonesia (BPS); the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) and the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) which have since merged into the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN); the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN); and the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG). This activity is part of a national project supporting a key national priority food security by improving food statistics; nationwide implementation began in 2018. The primary objective is to generate objective and scientifically sound data on rice harvest areas by leveraging modern technology, thereby ensuring that the collected rice production data is more accurate, rapidly available, and timely.  The Report on Rice Harvest Area and Production in Lampung Province 2025 presents the results of the KSA data collection conducted throughout 2025. Additionally, the report provides information on rice planting potential derived from field observations.
