77.3% of Provincial Roads in Lampung Province Have Asphalt Surface Types

The length of provincial roads in Lampung Province in 2023 will be 1,695.48 km. Provincial Roads are the authority of the provincial government which consist of, primary collector roads connecting the provincial capital with the district/city capital; primary collector roads connecting district/city capitals; and provincial strategic roads.

Almost 80 percent of provincial roads in Lampung Province have asphalt surfaces with a percentage of 77.3%, and there are no dirt roads. The remainder consists of 6.7% gravel roads, and 16% other types of roads. Provincial roads spread across all districts/cities in Lampung Province are in good condition with a percentage of 57.6%. On the other hand, there are 21.3% poor road conditions with 4.6% in the damaged category and 16.7% in the seriously damaged category.
