Lampung Province Security Statistics 2019

The publication of the 2019 Lampung Province Security Statistics is a publication published to meet the needs of the general public who use data. This publication also presents statistical data on security in series. In line with that, the publication of this publication will be very useful for monitoring the implementation, development and achievement of development programs, especially in the field of security and public order (kamtibmas) every year.
The data presented in this publication is serial data originating from three sources, namely the Lampung Regional Police registration report, district / city Resort Police registration reports, 2017-2019 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), and Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) 2018. The Polda and Polres registration data describes the security situation based on the recording of crimes reported by the public or incidents where the police have caught the perpetrator. Susenas data describes experiences of being a crime victim based on information from households / individuals of crime victims. The Podes data describes the security situation in the village / kelurahan area, which is sourced from the statement of the village head / lurah. Due to the different approaches to data collection, the three types of data cannot be directly compared but can complement each other (complementary).
