Lampung Province Population Profile Analysis

Population is an important capital in development. Apart from being the subject, the population also acts as the object of development. The ultimate goal of developing a region always leads to efforts to improve the welfare of its population. However, getting to and realizing the optimal point of population welfare in each region has its own challenges. The process takes time, depending on how the strategy is designed and the implementation process.
The Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province has carried out the 2020 Population Census (SP2020) Online (SPO) in May 2020 and interviews in September 2020. One of the outputs of the SP2020 implementation is the publication of the Lampung Province Population Profile Analysis. This publication describes the dynamics of the population, the profile of children, the profile of productive age, and the profile of the elderly in Lampung Province. The data presented are taken from SP2020 data and other surveys at BPS.
