Abstract

The report on the implementation results of SKD2026 provides an overview of user satisfaction with the services at the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS. The indicators presented in the Q2 2026 report include the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP), and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
