BPS Achieves Responsive Public Information Service Award from the KPTPH Service of Lampung Province

Along with the crucial role of data in ensuring food security, the Lampung Province Food Security, Food Crops and Horticulture Service (KPTPH Service) strengthens synergy and strategic cooperation with BPS-Statistics Lampung Province. This collaboration was formalized through a special visit by the Head of the KPTPH Service, Bani Ispriyanto, and his staff to BPS-Statistics Lampung Province on Thursday, (25/4/ 2024).

 

The visit was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPS-Statistics Lampung Province, Atas Parlindungan Lubis, in his office. This intimate meeting became a strategic forum for both parties to discuss various crucial issues related to food security, food crop production, and horticulture in Lampung.

 

The two leaders and their staff had an enthusiastic dialogue, evaluating the performance that has been achieved, and formulating strategic steps forward. The main topic of discussion was ensuring the availability of sufficient and quality food for all Lampung people.

 

Bani Ispriyanto, in his speech, emphasized the importance of close cooperation between the KPTPH Office and BPS-Statistics. "Accurate and reliable data is the main foundation in formulating appropriate and effective policies," he said.

 

In response, Atas Parlindungan Lubis welcomed the establishment of this collaboration. He hopes that the synergy between BPS-Statistics and the KPTPH Office can continue to be strengthened and contribute significantly in realizing strong food security in Lampung.

 

This visit was further strengthened by the appreciation given by the Head of the KPTPH Service to BPS Lampung Province. This award is given for BPS-Statistics dedication in providing responsive and quality public data and information services, which are an important source for the KPTPH Service in formulating food security policies and programs in Lampung.

 

This strategic collaboration between the KPTPH Office and BPS-Statistics is a concrete step in the commitment of the Lampung Provincial government to ensure food security and community welfare.
