Lampung Province Security Statistics 2020

The Lampung Province Security Statistics 2020 publication is a publication published to meet the needs of the data user community. This publication presents statistical data in the field of security in a series. In line with that, the publication of this publication will be very useful for monitoring the implementation, progress and achievements of development programs, especially in the field of security and public order (kamtibmas) every year.
The data presented in this publication is serial data originating from four sources, namely the Lampung Regional Police registration report, the district/city Resort Police registration report, the 2018 - 2020 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), and the Village Potential Data Collection (Podes) and Updating Podes. Polda and Polres registration data describe the security situation based on the recording of crime incidents reported by the public or incidents in which the perpetrators were caught red-handed by the police. Susenas data describes the experience of being a crime victim based on information from the household/individual of the crime victim. Podes data describes the security situation in the village/kelurahan area which is sourced from the information from the village head/lurah. Due to the different approaches to data collection, the three types of data cannot be directly compared but can be complementary (complementary).
